Article 175(1), as amended by the 27th Amendment, provides for the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan, the Supreme Court, a High Court for each Province, a High Court for Islamabad Capital Territory, and such other courts as may be established by law. Subordinate courts are created by law, not directly mandated by the Constitution.
